To these are added bioethics and law, provided they are involved in welfare activities to support the health of people with gender incongruence. Members have the same rights and duties: any and exceptional foreclosures, limitations, or exclusions must be motivated and strictly connected to the need to pursue the aims of social promotion that the Association proposes.<\/a>\t\t\t<\/li>\r\n\t\t\t<\/ul>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ac32471 elementor-widget elementor-widget-rt-icon-list\" data-id=\"ac32471\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"rt-icon-list.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\r\n<div class=\"about-info-list\">\r\n\t<ul class=\"about-info theme2\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\">People interested culturally  and\/or professionally  in  the  sciences  relating  to health  of  people  with  gender  incongruences  but  not  in  possession  of  a  curriculum  vitae  et  studiorum  or a professional  role  suitable  for  registration  as  Members may  be part  of  SIGIS  as  <span style=\"color: #b16683\"> <strong> Affiliated Members<\/strong><\/span>.  Affiliated Members,  even  though  they  do  not  enjoy  active or passive electorate and  are unable to participate  in  the  Assembly  of  Members, nevertheless  participate  fully  in  the  cultural  and  scientific  life  of  the  Association,  receiving  information through  newsletters,  access  to  the  reserved  areas  of  the  Association\u2019s  website  according  to  the  procedures  established  by  the  Board  of  Directors  and  actively  participating  in  the territorial  and  national  initiatives  of  SIGIS. <\/a>\t\t\t<\/li>\r\n\t\t\t<\/ul>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-53b499c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"53b499c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Members are required to pay the annual membership fee. Members who for two consecutive years, even if requested, do not comply with the payment of the membership fee are considered to have lapsed.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cdc6d5a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cdc6d5a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Board of Directors also unanimously resolves issues regarding the forfeiture of Membership for serious and justified reasons, having consulted the interested parties. Admission is proposed to the President by the appropriate Members Commission and approved by the President him\/her\/themself.
